Transitional justice
**Abstract:**
*Transitional Justice* by Komnas HAM discusses Indonesia’s efforts to address past human rights violations through mechanisms of truth-seeking, justice, reparation, and institutional reform. The book provides an overview of the concept and principles of transitional justice, contextualized within Indonesia’s political and historical landscape. It examines key cases handled by Komnas HAM, highlighting the challenges in achieving accountability, the role of state institutions, and the participation of victims in the justice process. This work serves as both a critical reflection and a policy reference for strengthening human rights protection and reconciliation in post-authoritarian Indonesia.
