South East Asian Advanced Programme on Human Rights 2003 documents a regional initiative aimed at strengthening knowledge, skills, and collaboration on human rights across Southeast Asia. The program brought together academics, practitioners, and advocates to discuss key human rights issues, legal frameworks, and best practices in the region.
