Risks, rights and reforms: a 50-country survey assessing government actions five years after the international conference on population and development
"Risks, Rights and Reforms" is the title of a 1999 survey by the Women\'s Environment and Development Organization (WEDO) that assessed government actions five years after the 1994 International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD). The survey examined the progress, challenges, and shifts in policies related to population and development in 50 countries.
