Gender equality laws : global good practice and a review of five southeast asian countries
This book reviews global good practices in gender equality legislation and assesses their application in five Southeast Asian countries. It analyzes how laws addressing discrimination, labor rights, political participation, and protection from violence are framed and implemented. The study highlights both progress and persistent gaps, offering recommendations for strengthening legal frameworks to promote more effective and inclusive gender equality in the region.
