Creeping Criminalisation Mapping of Indonesia's National Laws and Religionl Regulations That Violate Human Rights of Woman and LGBTIQ people
Creefing Criminalisation highlight that the regional regulation (at province, district and city levels) examined for this report do not fall in line with national laws, contravene the Indonesian Constitution, and ignore the foundational principles of Indonesia. It is observed that when reference is made to the Pancasila as justification for the Contruction of conservative laws, only the first sila (Belief In One God) is quoted and a narrow, more extermist, interpretation of Islamic law is pushed onto all Indonesians, regerdless of the Indonesian society and in contrast to the moderator interpretation if Islam practiced by most Indonesians
