Single Mother Survivors of Domestic Violence: A Needs Assessment Survey

Domestic violence is a serious and widespread problem. In Malaysia, 1.8 million women 39% of women above the age of 15 years are estimated to have been physically beaten by their husbands or boyfriends in 1989, and over 20.000 cases pf domestic violence have been reported to the police in the police in the past four years.
