The Meeting commenced at 9-20 am on the 20th August, 1990 Mr. Pomaleu Salaiau, head of the Papua New Guinea Delegation was elected chairman of the meeting. Members of the delegation from Papua New Guinea and Indonesia were introduced by their respective leaders and the list of delegations from Papua New Guinea and Indonesia are attached as annex A and Annex B respectively. The Meeting adopted the following agenda: 1.Opening 2.Matter arising from 9th JTSC meeting in Cibinng, July 1989; 8th JBC meeting in port moresby, November 1989. 3.Report on survey operations 4. Programs of survey operation 5. Demarcation survey 6. Mapping 7.Other Matters 8. Data and venue of the 11th joint technical sub committee meeting.
