Where do our wages go? : a primer on excessive and illegal fees for Filipino migrants in Taiwan

This primer is intended to present in a more systematic way to the migrant workers on how they are being exploited by brokers and the placement agencies. In addition, this paper is also intended to motivate the migrants themselves to fight against excessive and illegal fees imposed by both parties and which both the Philippine and Taiwanese governments encourage.
