Survey of Job Adaptation Of North Korean Female Refugees and Policy Suggestions
This book reports the findings of a systematic survey examining the employment adaptation experiences of North Korean female refugees as they integrate into a new socioeconomic environment. It analyzes key challenges affecting their job acquisition and retention, including language barriers, skill mismatches, discrimination, psychological trauma, and family responsibilities, while also identifying factors that support successful workforce participation. Based on empirical data, the study evaluates existing government assistance programs, vocational training, and social support mechanisms, and assesses their effectiveness in facilitating economic self-reliance. The book concludes with targeted policy recommendations aimed at improving employment opportunities, workplace inclusion, and long-term social integration for North Korean female refugees.
