A Family Affair: A Report of Research Into Domestic Violence Againts Women In: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina Croatia Federal Republic of Yugoslavia

It argues that domestic violence in these contexts cannot be separated from broader issues of militarization, nationalism, and post-war reconstruction that reinforce male authority and silence women’s experiences.
